The report is the product.

Your customer is not buying an hour of a technician's time. They are buying a document they can hand to a buyer, a seller or a bank and have it believed. Everything here exists to make that document hold up.

Three tiers

Sell the depth the car deserves.

A pre-purchase check on a ten-year-old import is not the same job as a quick condition note, and should not carry the same price. Each tier is a different form, not the same form with fields hidden.

Tier 1

Basic

Identity, odometer, a condition summary and photographs. Minutes, not hours — the one a garage sells alongside a service.

Tier 2

Advanced

System by system, with the systems your centre chooses as its starting point. Engine, gearbox, chassis and brakes out of the box.

Tier 3

Premium

The full 365 checks, the body map, paint thickness on every panel, a road test and the computer scan. The pre-purchase report.

Everything in it

What an inspection centre actually gets

On the car

  • 365 individual checks across 17 systems
  • Good · Attention · Bad · Not equipped on every line
  • 270 ready fault phrases, written in both languages
  • Body map — mark the dent where the dent is
  • Paint thickness recorded panel by panel
  • A camera on each flagged line, filed to that fault
  • Road test and OBD computer scan on the same record

The report

  • Arabic and English, switched by the reader
  • Opened with a PIN, so a plate number is not a key
  • Expires after 30 days, and you can say so up front
  • Grades and wording frozen the moment it is issued
  • Your logo, stamp and letterhead — or your pre-printed paper
  • Prints in colour or plain black and white, one design
  • A one-page summary sheet for the customer's hand

Running the centre

  • Your own checklist: switch off what you do not check
  • Your own words: rename any term to what your staff say
  • Grade bands you set — what counts as an A at your gate
  • Roles and permissions, down to the individual screen
  • Drafts survive a dropped connection or a swapped phone
  • A phone layout built for a technician standing at the car

The money

  • Cash, card and bank, each with its own receipt number
  • A day book that closes, is signed, and cannot be backdated
  • Expenses and petty cash out of the same drawer
  • Field staff never see totals or report history
  • Voiding a report does not quietly return its cost

See it run a real inspection.

Bring a car you know. We will inspect it on the system in front of you and issue the report to your own phone.
