Add-on · in development

Trust, and the record that survives it.

You hire people you trust. Then the business grows past the point where you can watch it, someone leaves badly, an insurer asks a question, or the shelf count is short by four alternators and nobody can say when. Audit is the part of the system that can answer afterwards.

Who changed what

A record written as the work happens, that the people doing the work cannot edit afterwards.

  • Every report voided, and the reason given at the time
  • Every price changed or discount applied, and by whom
  • Every payment taken, refunded or moved between methods
  • Every part issued, returned or written off the shelf
  • Every permission granted, and who granted it
  • Filter by person, by day, by car, or by amount

Does the shelf agree?

A stock count is only useful if the difference is recorded, explained and signed for.

  • Count a shelf, a category or the whole store
  • Counted against expected, with the variance in money
  • A reason required on every line that does not match
  • The adjustment is a recorded movement, not a quiet edit
  • Counts compared over time, so a slow leak shows up

Does the drawer agree?

The day book already closes and is signed. Audit adds the count that proves the closing figure.

  • Counted cash against what the system says is owed
  • Card and bank settlement matched against receipts
  • Over and short recorded by day and by person
  • A short day cannot be closed without a note

When somebody asks

An insurer, a partner, a buyer doing due diligence, or your own accountant at year end.

  • Export a dated trail for a car, a person or a period
  • Reports keep the wording they were issued with
  • Owner-only access, separate from the manager role

Being straight about where this is

Audit is being built now and is not in anyone's account yet. Parts of the foundation are already live — payments cannot be backdated, closed days stay closed, refunds are recorded as refunds and stock movements are already kept — which is why this add-on is the next thing and not a distant promise. If you want it, say so on the demo form and we will tell you honestly when it lands.
