Basic costs an inspection centre nothing, so there is never a reason not to write a condition note down. The deep reports carry the cost instead, and because a credit is simply a riyal you can read the table below as a price list.

A centre’s 500 is 50 Premium reports a month, or 100 Advanced, or any mix — on top of unlimited free Basic. A garage sells its Basic report on to the customer, usually for well over 100 QAR, which is why it is priced rather than free there. Advanced and Premium stay with inspection centres.
The allowance included in your subscription is for that month. Whatever is left of it on the last day does not carry forward — the 1st brings the full amount again, the way a phone plan works. If you regularly finish the month with plenty spare, tell us and we will move you to a smaller package rather than keep billing you for it.
Top-ups are a different thing entirely. Credits you have paid cash for are yours until you spend them — they do not lapse at the end of the month, and they are kept as a separate balance so there is never a question about which is which. Your monthly allowance is always spent first, so the part that expires is used before the part you bought.
Credits are not money. They cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be set against your monthly subscription, and are not refunded if you close the account. They buy reports, and that is all they do.
Both are in development. We are not going to print a price for something you cannot use yet — tell us on the demo form that you want them and we will give you the price and the date at the same time, in writing.
Your account opens with fifteen days on it and real credits to spend, so you can run actual cars through it before you pay anything.
A demonstration on your own cars, then training for your staff — and the setup itself: your branding, your checklist configured to how you actually inspect, your terminology, and your people created with the right permissions. The same fee whichever product you take. It is the work that decides whether the system is used or abandoned.
Business hours, answered by the next working day. Not 24/7 — we would rather publish a promise we can keep than one that sounds better.
