Built beside the car, not behind a desk
FahsLink is software for the two businesses that live off the same vehicle: the inspection centre that tells a buyer what it is, and the garage that puts it right.
It runs on the phone in the inspector's hand and the tablet at reception, in Arabic and English, and it keeps working when the signal does not. Nobody installs anything from an app store and nobody types a car in twice.
It started with the inspection report, because the report is what an inspection centre actually sells. Too many still leave the building as a photocopied checklist that nobody can check. A FahsLink report carries the centre's own name, both languages, a photograph filed against each fault it shows, and a reference and PIN a buyer can use to confirm it is genuine.
The garage side followed for the businesses that repair what gets inspected: job cards opened at the gate, a board by stage, parts with photographs, quotations the customer signs on their own phone, and the reminder that brings the car back.
