A drawing of the body
Every panel is marked on a drawing of the car as original or repainted. For each repainted panel, the report shows whether it was a quarter, half or full re-paint.
The buyer does not know you. He judges you by the report in his hand. FahsLink reports are in two languages, carry your name and stamp, and have a code and a PIN he can open on his own phone before he leaves the yard.
A chipped mirror and a welded chassis are very different findings. A report that scores them the same will not be trusted.

The report says whether each one has been opened or welded. These answers affect the grade more than anything else, so the report shows them clearly.
Each photo is attached to its finding. The buyer sees the rust next to the note about it, and does not have to match up photos at the end of the report.
You do not always know whether the person collecting the car reads Arabic or English, so the report has both.
Your checklist, your Arabic terms and your grade bands. If your centre calls the brakes بريك, the report says بريك.
The same report is printed on your letterhead for the file, and sent as a link for the phone.
A Basic report is a quick note on the car's condition. It costs you nothing, and you can issue as many as you like. Credits are only used for Advanced and Premium reports, which are the ones customers pay you properly for. The monthly subscription includes 500 credits. At one credit to the riyal, that is worth 500 QAR, so the software itself costs you effectively 699.
You do not need to fill in a form or give a phone number, and nobody will call you. It is the quickest way to see if this suits you.
